Returns & Exchange

Products purchased on Vicacci.com may be exchanged or returned to one of our boutiques, up to thirty days (30 days) from the date of receipt. Products purchased in retail stores can be exchanged but not returned.
We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Vicacci packaging.

We will process your request within 1 - 5 business days after receiving your jewelry.
After received your products, we will send you an email or Whatsapps to notify you about the refund.
* Please note that Vicacci is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns.
You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package.
Vicacci will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

Exchanges and Returns to an Vicacci boutique:
Simply visit one of our Vicacci boutiques with the item(s) purchased online to exchange or return.The refund will be issued within 1 - 3 days after we received your return.To locate a store near you, please visit our store locator.

If you returned your product by mail to Vicacci, the refund will be issued within 1 - 5 business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection.
If you return your product to one of our stores, the refund will be issued usually within 1 - 3 business days after the returned product has been returned to the store.
Please note that we can refund only products purchased online. Products purchased in one of our retail stores cannot be refund and may Exchanges.
